Afflicted Moon "How to manage your emotional failures"?


Emotional failures are the biggest concern of people having afflicted, debilitated or bad placed Moon in natal chart. They suffer from mood swings, patches of depression. 

Why people with afflicted moon suffers from this disorder?

Moon is considered as a fast moving planet in Vedic Astrology. It is indeed a fast moving body with respect to earth. It controls the flow & fluid over earth. But when aspected by a slow moving planet or dry planet or when placed in signs like scorpio or in houses likes 6th & 8th, it get afflicted. 

The reason, I understood is that moon gets irritated when restricted in any form. Or when it is asked do things in discipline or to act with distrust. As usually people with high impact of moon are irregular in nature. They intend to do things on their will/ mood. 

Though, people with this combinations are very successful in the creative field, but in administration & business they get success post 35 yrs. of age.

I personally know many people who are otherwise successful with these combination, feel that they are nothing & remain depressed. Worst, many of the celebrities are with this combinations. I am consulting few celebrities who are facing serious consequences of this combination. For e.g. I regularly consult a lady with this combination. She is a celebrity, and admired by thousands of people. I know people who aspire to see her at least once. She is earning handsome money, good fame etc. But, because of this moon she was in persistent depression. I know many such people. 

In vedic astrology, the suggested remedies like chandrayan vrit etc. are very complicated & difficult to be done in this era.

As part of remedies, in consultation with my Guru, we have devised few techniques which are simple but yet very powerful. They include,

1. Keep a check on your weight. Afflicted Moon tends to expand you horizontally. 
2. Don't go to gym. You can never continue at gym. Instead follow a Functional Training Routine, but preferably at different locations. Keep changing your exercise location.
3. Do not gift silver & other white materials. Also, don't take it as gift from anybody. 
4. Do some creative work or join some hobby classes. 
5. Make at least one friend who praises you. This is important as people with afflicted moon loves to listen their own praises. 
6. Tell your partner that you like to be creative in approach, and will appreciate if he/ she will do the same.
7. Try to play games like chess/ bridge. 
8. If possible avoid action on dates near new moon day (+/- 2 to 3 days). Sync your mobile calendar with Hindu calendar. These dates are not inauspicious, but actions for e.g. party with friends or your decision to quit etc. can leads to bad decisions. 
9. If you want to do anything (important things) then before saying Yes/ No, please wait for 5 days. Even if you want to do the same thing post 5 days, then do it. It is important to ignore impulsive decisions.

Post analysis of her horoscope we suggested her morning functional training at any beautiful park. We also suggested her to reduce weight. 
Why? because moon tends to expand horizontally, and it effects the fatty persons most. Now, if she is lean she is happy as the effect of moon will reduce to almost zero.
